Too Darn Hot/Lady Sioux '24
Filly | 2026 Inglis Classic Sale - LOT 124
By world class sire Too Darn Hot, already the sire of 31 individual stakes winners worldwide. This filly is bred on the same Too Darn Hot over Flying Spur grand-daughter cross that has had great success through Group 2 winner Too Darn Lizzie and the early two-year-old winner Perspiration, so it is a cross that is proven to throw sharp, effective racehorses. His Australian results are already stacked with quality, led by triple Group 1 winner Broadsiding, high-class two-year-old Rivellino and the stable's exciting Group 3 Gimcrack winner Shiki. Her dam Lady Sioux was a seven time winner on the racetrack, a tough, genuine mare with plenty of speed who consistently got the job done.
Physically, she is a lovely strong filly with a good action and the sort of natural athleticism you want to see in a Too Darn Hot. She has strength through her frame, a clean way of moving, and that forward, “ready to run” look that suggests she can come to hand early, while still having the substance to keep improving as she furnishes. If you like fillies that look built to race and are backed by a sire who is already delivering at the highest level, please get in touch with our team.
