The standout for the older horses was the talented 3YO colt, Dortmund (Snitzel/Single Rose) is back in work and training better than ever. It is still early days but he pleased this morning when bowling over 1200m at three-quarter pace for jockey Tommy Berry. The colt has had six career starts for a win and four seconds and we have no doubt he will continue his successful streak this preparation.

We had three of our yearlings over at the jumpouts this morning with the Exceed And Excel/Tears I Cry colt being the standout of the trio. He did everything asked of him, loading well, standing quietly and being very quickly into stride. The colt is in the midst of his third preparation and is shaping into a very natural 2YO type. He will be aimed for the first official 2YO trials in September at this stage and we are eagerly awaiting to see what he can do on the racetrack.
